At The Vue, we have an onsite maintenance team ready to assist! Submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in contact with the office to ensure the request is addressed as quickly as possible.

To get assistance as quickly as possible, place a work order through the online portal.

If you are locked out during office hours, call our onsite team who is able to help. If you are locked out of your home after hours, it is easiest to contact a locksmith.

The Vue has covered, garage parking available for residents, so your arrival home from a day in San Pedro is even easier.

The Vue offers 4 different ways for you to pay rent, the online portal, personal check, money order, or cashier's check. If you have questions about rent payments, please contact our leasing office.

Renter's Insurance is required, with a 100,000 personal liability.

If your situation changes, we require a 60 day notice and 2-month termination fee.

You can set up your electricity via LADWP.

Utilities will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in rent.

We offer excellent locations for public transportation. Uber, Lyft, and well-known bus lines are right within reach at The Vue.

Great education and schooling is right around the corner as we are in the LAUSD.
